Shell to sell offshore gas assets in the UK Southern North Sea to Viaro Energy

London − Shell U.K. Limited (“Shell UK”), a subsidiary of Shell plc, and Esso Exploration and Production UK Limited, a subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation (“ExxonMobil”), have reached an agreement to sell their offshore natural gas assets interests in the U.K. Southern North Sea to RockRose Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Viaro Energy. These assets are currently operated by Shell through Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij (NAM), a joint venture between Shell and ExxonMobil.

Shell invests in the Victory gas field in the UK North Sea

London - Shell U.K. Limited (Shell UK) has taken a final investment decision (FID) on the Victory gas field in the UK North Sea, approximately 47 km north-west of the Shetland Islands. Once onstream, the field will help to maintain domestically produced gas for Britain’s homes, businesses and power generation.

Shell completes UK, Germany home energy sale to Octopus Energy

London – Following regulatory approval, Shell Petroleum Company Limited, through its 100% owned subsidiary Impello Limited (“Shell”), has completed the sale of its home energy businesses, Shell Energy Retail Limited (SERL) in the UK and Shell Energy Retail GmbH (SERG) in Germany, to Octopus Energy Group.

Shell Lubricants to acquire UK-based MIDEL and MIVOLT, strengthening its product portfolio for power and renewables sectors

London − Shell U.K. Limited has signed an agreement to purchase MIDEL and MIVOLT, two lines of business currently owned by Manchester-based M&I Materials Ltd.

London – Shell has opened its first EV charging hub in the UK in Fulham, London, where petrol and diesel pumps at an existing fuel station have been replaced with ultra-rapid charge points. 2020

Shell UK publishes 2020 diversity pay gap report

London - The Shell Group of Companies in the UK (Shell UK) has today published its first diversity pay gap report. For the first time, this report voluntarily includes data on our ethnicity pay gap, as well as on our gender pay gap which we have reported since 2017. The report shows that Shell UK has an average gender pay gap of 18% in 2020, down from 18.7% in 2019. In our first year of reporting, our average ethnicity pay gap is 8.5%.

Shell UK publishes 2019 Gender Pay Gap Report

London: The Shell Group of Companies in the UK (Shell UK) has today published its gender pay gap report for 2019. This report shows that Shell UK has an average gender pay gap of 18.7% in 2019, up slightly from 18.6% in 2018.

Drivers set to go carbon neutral with Shell
