Notice of Injunctions
Shell has obtained three injunctions that prevent unlawful protest activity at Shell Centre Tower, Shell Haven and all Shell-branded petrol stations in England and Wales.
The safety of Shell’s employees, business partners and customers remains our top priority. We want to ensure that those who come to work representing the Shell brand are able to get home safely, and the customers who rely on our services are able to continue their journey without harm.
Shell respects the right to protest and is open to engaging on issues relating to the energy transition and our business strategy. However, when safety is put at risk we will take action.
Recognising the threat of further unlawful protest activity at various Shell sites in England and Wales, we have taken steps to secure three court injunctions. This protects our staff and customers from what we consider unsafe actions.
