Shell completes acquisition of ubitricity
Shell has completed the acquisition of ubitricity, aleading European provider of on-street charging for electric vehicles (EVs) following receipt of all necessary regulatory clearance. ubitricity becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell, within its Mobility division.
The deal to acquire ubitricity was announced on 25 January, online here.
