To assess how you get things done, for example your drive, resilience, self-confidence, and organisational skills.
Relationships
To look at how well you work in teams, communicate and respect others.
How to apply

Final Assessment:Case Study & Interview
Participate in an online session with two Shell professionals, discussing a case study you'll prepare. This will be followed by questions and scenarios from the assessors.

Offer (Shell Graduate Programme)
Success in the internship could lead to an offer for the Shell Graduate Programme.
Validity of the assessment outcome
Please note that after submitting an Assessed Internship application, any further applications during a 10-month period will be auto-progressed, based on the outcome of the first application. Therefore, if you have a successful application and re-apply to a different position in a 10-month period, your application will automatically proceed through Stage One. Alternatively, if you have an unsuccessful application and re-apply to a different position in a 10-month period, your application will be automatically regretted.
