A place on our Graduate Programme will give you real responsibilities from day one and structured training over a period of three to five years guiding you towards a successful and professionally fulfilling career.  Whatever your career path you can join us in developing solutions to the world's resouce challenges.  For penultimate year students our Assessed Internships offer the chance to explore the Industry and find out whether Shell is right for you, and this route may result in an offer of a place on our Graduate Programme after you graduate.
