If you forgot to collect your VAT receipt at the time of purchase, go back to the Shell service station where you made the purchase and request a copy of your receipt from the staff member at the counter. They will be able to locate your transaction and provide you with a printed copy of the receipt.
If you are unable to return to the service station, you can contact our customer support to request a copy of the VAT receipt. Provide information such as the site of the purchase, the date and time of the purchase, the amount, and the type and grade of fuel, as well as the pump number and the last four digits of the card you used to pay for your fuel.
While we encourage customers to contact customer support if necessary, please note that it is always recommended to collect your VAT receipt at the time of purchase to avoid any inconvenience later. This tool allows you to search for service stations in your area by entering your postcode or town/city. Once you have found a station near you, you can click on the station details to find out what services are offered.
If you are unable to find the information you need on the station locator tool, you can also contact the service station directly. Most service stations have a phone number or email address listed on their website, and you can use this information to inquire about water service. Alternatively, you can stop by the station and ask one of the attendants if they offer water service.

We do not have a forecourt attended service, however should you have any limitations and require assistance to refuel your vehicle you can use FuelService.
FuelService is an app that allows drivers with physical limitations to contact Shell service stations to request assistance with refuelling before making a journey. Once help is confirmed, you can use the app to notify the station when you arrive.
