We have voluntarily reported on our environmental and social performance since 1997. We do it to be open and honest, and to demonstrate how we are contributing to sustainable development. The Shell Sustainability Report 2019, published April 7, 2020, is our 23rd report.
We systematically track our performance against a range of environmental and social indicators, to help us continuously improve our performance.
Jackdaw Field Development Environmental Statement
BG International Limited (an affiliate of Shell U.K. Limited) proposes to develop Jackdaw gas and condensate field located in Blocks 30/02a, 30/03a DEEP, and 30/02d in the Central North Sea. The field will be developed via a new wellhead platform (WHP) tied-back to the existing Shearwater host platform.
The Environmental Statement and Further Information are available for the public to view as part of the statutory public consultation period. A copy of the Environmental Statement, Further Information and summary of the project may also be obtained by post or email.
