How to order
Step one
Go to the Uber Eats website or download the App from the Apple Store or Play Store for Android. Enter your postcode or look up Shell in the Browse section of the app.
Step two
Choose your favourite items from our menu, check out and pay by card straight away, no need for cash at the door.

Search for your nearest Shell Site on the Uber Eats website and select your favourite products from the menu. Select where you want to get your order delivered to. Check out and pay. After your order is placed, the items will be prepared and picked up by a Uber Eats driver to be brought to you.

Uber Eats has a dedicated team that looks after your entire Uber Eats experience, from the moment you place an order right through to it arriving with you. However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. If this is the case, you can use the Help function in the Uber Eats app to speak to our customer service team and report any issues. Uber Eats has a dedicated team that looks after your entire Uber Eats experience, from the moment you place an order right through to it arriving with you. However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. If this is the case, you can use the Help function in the Uber Eats app to speak to our customer service team and report any issues. What if I’m not around when the rider arrives?
What if I’m not around when the rider arrives?
If you think you won’t be at the delivery address in time to receive your order, please let Uber Eats know by using the Help function in the Uber Eats app or by calling +44 808 189 2471.
Your rider will always try to call you if there’s an issue once they reach your delivery address. If they’re unable to contact you, Uber Eats ’s Customer Service team will try and reach you via phone and email. Please check your emails during the delivery time for any updates.
If Uber Eats can’t contact you and is unable to deliver the order, your rider will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving. In this event, you’ll still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
