Yes. The Shell Recharge app allows you to find and use 900,000+ charging points across Europe, offering discounts, navigation, and charging management. It’s available on the App Store and Google Play. For private charging reimbursement, users must download the 50five e-mobility app, also available on the App Store and Google Play.
How does reimbursement of home charging costs work?
Reimbursement is available for hybrid Shell Cards holders. Drivers can download the 50five e-mobility app, create an account, connect their charge point, enter the energy tariff, and provide bank details. 50five will automatically reimburse costs, with tariff details agreed upon between the driver and the employer.
Can I use the Shell Card for home charging?

My chargepoint is about to be migrated but it's offline
Is your chargepoint offline and have you received a recent email from Shell Recharge saying that your chargepoint will be migrated in the next two weeks?
It is highly likely that your chargepoint has already been migrated. Please check your inbox and spam folder for a welcome mail from 50five (noreply@lastmilesolutions.com). If you have not received it please go to the 50five App and request a password reset with the same email address that you use to access your chargepoint at Shell Recharge.
