Summary Terms

Only Shell GO+ Rewards members are eligible to participate in this promotion.

To be eligible for one (1) entry into the big fuel prize draw: Shell GO+ Rewards members must visit a Shell service station and purchase a minimum of £10 of any Shell fuel during a single transaction, scan their Shell mobile application (the “Shell App”), card or key fob and be opted into email communications with their fuel purchase (together the “Qualifying Transaction”).

Winners of a year’s worth of free fuel up to the value of £1,250 will receive their prize into their Shell GO+ Rewards account as 50 consecutive £25 fuel rewards.

Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Shell GO+ Rewards account.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion

1.1. The Promoter is Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited (as agent for Shell U.K. Limited), Shell Centre, York Road, London, SE1 7NA.

1.2. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Shell GO+ Rewards” is the loyalty scheme operated by Shell and a “Shell GO+ Rewards member” is a member of Shell GO+ Rewards and “Shell fuel” is petrol or diesel.

1.3. The Promotion will be available in England, Scotland, and Wales from 00:01 on 07/01/26 to 23:59 on 04/03/26 (“Promotional Period”).

1.4. There will be four prize draws conducted to draw a total of 57 winners of a year’s worth of free fuel up to the value of £1,250 (“Prize Draw”).
The first Prize Draw for Qualifying Transactions from 7^th January – 21^st January will pull 15 winners.
The second Prize Draw for Qualifying Transactions from 22^nd January – 31^st January will pull 10 winners.
The third Prize Draw for Qualifying Transactions from 1^st February – 28^th February will pull 28 winners.
The fourth Prize Draw for Qualifying Transactions from 1^st March – 4^th March will pull 4 winners.

1.5. The Promoter informs the users about rules for conducting the Promotion by publishing these Terms and Conditions on the Shell mobile application.

2. Participants

2.1. This Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over, who are (at the time of entry) members of the Shell GO+ Rewards loyalty scheme. Any person employed (including but not limited to contractors) of the Promoter; its associated companies; and any agent of the Promoter retained in connection with the administration of, or supply of prizes for, the Promotion are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

2.2. Participants must be a Shell GO+ Rewards member prior to making a Qualifying Transaction. The Participant can join as a Shell GO+ Rewards member during the Promotional Period.

2.3. Persons who wish to participate in the Promotion but are not members of Shell GO+ Rewards may join the loyalty scheme completely free of charge if they are 18 or over and have a permanent address in the UK. They need to download and install the Shell App on their mobile device and register their account before making their Qualifying Transaction. 2.4. Shell GO+ Rewards members transacting with a B2B Commercial Fleet card are eligible to be entered into the big fuel prize draw to win free fuel for a year.

2.5. Shell GO+ Rewards members transacting via Pay at Pump are eligible to be entered into the big fuel prize draw to win free fuel for a year with a Qualifying Transaction and being opted into email communications.

2.6. By entering this promotion, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion. The ‘Promoter’ reserves the right to contact winners via SUKOP-Shell-Go-Plus-Rewards-event@shell.com and to use their name, photographs, video content, and quotes for promotional and marketing purposes across its organic social media channels and other non-paid media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Winners may be asked to provide consent for specific uses, and any content shared will be used in a manner respectful of the individual’s image and reputation.

3. How to enter the Prize Draw to win a win a year’s worth of free fuel worth up to a maximum value of £1,250.

3.1. First, participants must spend £10 or more on any Shell fuel and scan their Shell App, card or key fob and be opted into email communications for one (1) eligible entry into the Prize Draw to win a year’s worth of free fuel to a maximum value of £1,250.

3.2. All valid entries will be entered into the relevant random Prize Draw.

3.3. The Promoter is not responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate/ complete information which affects prize delivery.

3.4. No manual entries will be added to the relevant Prize Draw should the Shell GO+ Rewards member not scan their Shell App, card or key fob when making a Qualifying Transaction.

3.5. The Prize Draw will be conducted by an independent third party.

3.6. A total of 57 prizes of free fuel for a year up to a maximum value of £1,250.

3.7. Winners will be notified of a win by email using the email address linked to their Shell GO+ Rewards account within 35 days of the relevant Prize Draw.

3.8. Winners will receive this prize in 50 consecutive £25 fuel rewards.

3.9. Each time the winner uses a reward, another will be added to the winner’s account within 30 minutes until they reach the £1,250 limit.

3.10. Winners have 365 consecutive calendar days starting from the date they are notified of their win to use all 50 of the £25 fuel rewards.

3.11. To use the £25 fuel reward, the winner must go to the Rewards section of the Shell App, click redeem now on the £25 fuel reward and activate it by clicking the toggle on.

3.12. Make sure no other money-off rewards are activated in the app as you can only use one fuel reward per transaction. Scan your Shell App, card or key fob when paying to redeem this reward or if you are using Pay at Pump, once the reward is activated it will automatically be deducted from your balance.

3.13. The fuel purchase must be equal to or greater than £25 to use the reward. Winners will need to pay any remaining balance in excess of the fuel reward. Please note you cannot use more than one fuel reward per transaction.

3.14. All fuel rewards will be honoured in the event it takes the winner more than 365 days to redeem all the rewards. Winners will need to contact the Customer Contact Centre via Live Chat in the Shell App, on the Shell website, or by email gopluscscuk@shell.com to request an extension of their fuel rewards expiry.

3.15. The amount of fuel a consumer uses is based on Shell’s data. This is calculated by calculating that on average, each consumer fills 30 litres of fuel (based on Shell V-Power average) 2.4 times per calendar month. Shell then calculates the average spend per litre based on the total loyalty spend by a consumer.

3.16. Please contact our Customer Service Centre via chat on our website, www.shell.co.uk, or in the Shell App. Alternatively you can contact our Customer Service Centre via GoPlusCSCUK@shell.com explaining reasons why you are unable to redeem the rewards within 365 days.

4. Promoter Rights

4.1. The Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and these Terms and Conditions without advanced notice.

4.2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

4.3. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

4.4. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

4.5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants without prior notice. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification of the conditions, including but not limited to those terms set out in Clauses 1 and 3. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

4.6. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. The Promoter may collect and process the following data about Participants: name, contact number, email address, date of birth, county of residence and location of the winning transaction at a Shell service station.

6. General

6.1. It is the member’s responsibility to check their Shell GO+ Rewards account (via the Shell App) to see whether there are any Rewards available to them at that time.

6.2. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

6.3. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

6.4. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion.

6.5. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as any further terms and conditions applicable to the Prizes (e.g., Shell GO+ Rewards conditions as to the use of fuel rewards).

6.6. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

6.7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. Neither the Promoter nor its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies.

6.8. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
