These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions.
Summary Terms
Only Shell GO+ Rewards members are eligible to participate in this promotion.
To be eligible for one (1) game play of Scratch to win in the Shell mobile application (the “Shell App”), Shell GO+ Rewards members must visit a Shell service station, and purchase a minimum of £10 of any Shell V-Power fuel during a single transaction and scan their Shell App, card or key fob with their fuel purchase (together the “Qualifying Transaction”).

Shell GO+ Rewards members can play Scratch to win for a chance to win an instant prize between the promotional period: 05/11/2026 to 31/01/2027.
The winners of Scratch to win will receive their hot drink and fuel rewards into the Rewards section of their Shell GO+ Rewards account. Bonus points will be assigned to their Shell GO+ Rewards account.
Shell GO+ Rewards members who complete 1 game play of the Scratch to win game and are opted into email communications will qualify for one (1) entry per Qualifying Transaction into the Prize Draw to win a family trip to New York.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Promotion
1.1. The Promoter is Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited (as agent for Shell U.K. Limited), Shell Centre, York Road, London, SE1 7NA.
1.2. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Shell GO+ Rewards” is the loyalty scheme operated by Shell and a “Shell GO+ Rewards member” is a member of Shell GO+ Rewards and “Shell V-Power” is petrol or diesel.
1.3. The Promotion will be available in the Shell App in England, Scotland, and Wales from 10:00 on 05/11/26 to 23:59 on 31/01/27 (“Promotional Period”).
1.4. The Promotion takes place in the Shell App, which the participants in the Promotion must have downloaded and installed on a mobile smart device before making their Qualifying Transaction.
1.5. There will be one prize draw to be conducted within 35 days of the end of the Promotion Period, commencing the next working day after the Promotion Period closes, to draw 1 winner of a family trip to New York (“Prize Draw”).
1.6. The Promoter informs the users about rules for conducting the Promotion by publishing these Terms and Conditions on the Shell mobile application.
2. Participants
2.1. This Promotion is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over, who are (at the time of entry) members of the Shell GO+ Rewards loyalty scheme. Any person employed (including but not limited to contractors) of the Promoter; its associated companies; and any agent of the Promoter retained in connection with the administration of, or supply of prizes for, the Promotion are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
2.2. Participants must be a Shell GO+ Rewards member prior to making a Qualifying Transaction and must have installed the Shell App to be eligible to play the Scratch to win game. The Participant can join Shell GO+ Rewards during the Promotional Period.
2.3. Persons who wish to participate in the Promotion but are not members of Shell GO+ Rewards may join the loyalty scheme completely free of charge if they are 18 or over and have a permanent address in the UK. They need to download and install the Shell App on their mobile device and register their account before making their Qualifying Transaction. 2.4. Shell GO+ Rewards members transacting with a B2B Commercial Fleet card are eligible to play Scratch to win with a Qualifying Transaction.
2.5. Shell GO+ Rewards members transacting via Pay at Pump are eligible to play Scratch to win with a Qualifying Transaction.
2.6. By entering this promotion, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion. The ‘Promoter’ reserves the right to contact winners via SUKOP-Shell-Go-Plus-Rewards-event@shell.com and to use their name, photographs, video content, and quotes for promotional and marketing purposes across its organic social media channels and other non-paid media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Winners may be asked to provide consent for specific uses, and any content shared will be used in a manner respectful of the individual’s image and reputation.
3. Condition for participation in Shell GO+ games
3.1. To unlock the game Scratch to win, participants who meet all the conditions under section 2 above must make a Qualifying Transaction during the Promotional Period and scan their Shell App.
3.2. During the Promotional Period in the Shell GO+ games section of the Shell App the following game is available: Scratch to win.
4. How to play Scratch to win
4.1. First, participants must unlock the game, Scratch to win, as set out in section 3 above, then click on Shell GO+ Games.
4.2. The Scratch to win will be unlocked for the Participant to play for 20 days (the “Expiry Date”).
4.3. Scratch to win has 3 panels where Shell GO+ Rewards members needs to reveal and match 3 Marvel characters to win an instant prize.
4.4. Once all panels have been revealed and all 3 Marvel characters match, the Participant wins the indicated prize.
4.4.1. Scratch to win winners will receive their prize, which includes either: instant fuel rewards and hot drink discounts into the Rewards section of their Shell GO+ Rewards account for them to redeem before the Expiry Date of the reward. Bonus points will be assigned to their Shell GO+ Rewards account. Points are valid for two years from the time they are reflected in your account in the Shell App.
4.4.2. The prizes that a Participant can receive in the game Scratch to win are specified in section 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
4.4.3. The prizes are not transferable to another member and cannot be swapped for another prize.
4.5. During the Promotion Period, a participant can qualify to play Scratch to win a maximum 3 (three) times per day. To unlock each of these 3 (three) games the relevant condition for participation described in section 3 must be fulfilled. To avoid doubt, if a member wishes to play Scratch to win three times a day, they must make three separate Qualifying Transactions.
4.6. During the Promotional Period, a participant can play Scratch to win a maximum of 90 times.
5. Scratch to win prizes
5.1. The following instant win prizes will be automatically assigned to the winning Shell GO+ Rewards members’ accounts. All prizes are subject to availability at your selected service station and the Shell GO+ Rewards terms and conditions.
5.2. £50 of Shell V-Power fuel: 440 winners
5.2.1. The winners of £50 of Shell V-Power fuel will have their prize of £50 of fuel assigned to their Shell GO+ Rewards account in the form of 2x £25 consecutive fuel rewards.
5.2.2. Each time a winner uses a £25 Shell V-Power fuel reward, another £25 Shell V-Power fuel reward will be added to their Shell GO+ Rewards account within 30 minutes until they reach the £50 limit. The winner is limited to using one fuel reward per transaction.
5.2.3. Winners have 90 days from the date that each fuel reward is added to the Shell GO+ Rewards members account.
5.3. £5 of Shell V-Power fuel: 2,640 winners
5.3.1. The winners of £5 of Shell V-Power fuel will have their prize of £5 of Shell V-Power fuel assigned to their Shell GO+ Rewards account in the form of 1x £5 Shell V-Power fuel reward
5.3.2. Winners have 90 days from date of first issue to use the £25 Shell V-Power fuel reward.
5.4. 100 Shell GO+ Rewards points: 61,600 winners
5.4.1. The winners of 100 points will have their points assigned to their Shell GO+ Rewards account within 30 minutes of completing the relevant game play.
5.5. 10 Shell GO+ Rewards points: 580,800 winners
5.5.1. The winners of 10 points will have their points assigned to their Shell GO+ Rewards account within 30 minutes of completing the relevant game play.
5.6. 25% off a hot drink: 59,400 winners
5.6.1. The winners will have 90 days from date of issue to use the reward.
5.7. To use a fuel reward, click ’redeem now’ in the Rewards section of your Shell App and ensure it is activated. Fuel rewards can be activated by toggling on.
5.8. To redeem a reward winners must scan their Shell App when paying.
5.9. Only one fuel reward can be used per transaction. Winners of fuel rewards must ensure no other rewards are activated in the app or online as they scan their Shell App when they pay to redeem this reward.
5.10. The winner will need to pay any balance remaining after redeeming their fuel or hot drink reward during a transaction.
5.11. If using Pay at Pump, once the reward is activated it will automatically be deducted from the Shell GO+ Rewards member’s balance.
6. How to enter the Prize Draw to win a family trip to New York
6.1. First, participants must spend £10 or more on any Shell V-Power fuel and scan their Shell App, as set out in section 1 above, to unlock the Scratch to win game, as set out in section 3 above, and be opted into email communications for one (1) eligible entry into the Prize Draw to win a family trip to New York.
6.2. All valid entries will be entered into the relevant random Prize Draw.
6.3. The Promoter is not responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate/ complete information which affects prize delivery.
6.4. The Prize Draw will be conducted by an independent third party within 35 days after the Promotional Period ending.
6.5. The Winner will be notified of a win from SUKOP-Shell-Go-Plus-Rewards-event@shell.com using the email address linked to their Shell GO+ Rewards account within 35 days of the Prize Draw. The Winner must respond to the winner confirmation email within 7 days of receipt. If the Winner fails to respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer it to another eligible entrant.
6.6. By responding to the winner confirmation email you are consenting for your personal information (email address, name, telephone number) to the prize fulfilment agency, Element. 5 Morie Street, London, SW18 1SL.
6.7. Prize Package Inclusions For 2 Adults And 2 Children Under 16:
- Return flights from select major UK airports to New York City, New York, USA
- Return airport transfers in New York City
- 3 nights’ 4* hotel accommodation in New York City, based on sharing a quadruple occupancy room
- Daily Breakfast
- Family Travel Insurance Allowance: Provided up to the value of £100 GBP
6.8. Prize Package Terms And Conditions:
6.8.1. Return economy/coach class flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from select major international airports in the UK (Edinburgh, Manchester and London) to New York City, New York, USA, flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;
6.8.2. Accommodation is for 3 nights, based on one quadruple room for two adults and two children under 16, in a 4* hotel with daily breakfast in New York City;
6.8.3. The trip must include a Saturday night stay;
6.8.4. Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
6.8.5. A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
6.8.6. Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion;
6.8.7. Prize Package is for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
6.8.8. Where the Winner’s party differs from two adults and two children under the age of 16, the prize provider may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, adjust the prize package accordingly. Any additional costs incurred to accommodate the Winner’s party will be the Winner’s responsibility.
6.8.9. At least one traveler must be aged 21 or over; Where any travelers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
6.8.10. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification from Element and all travel must be completed within that time;
6.8.11. Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
6.8.12. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year or UK Public Holidays;
6.8.13. All recipients must be in a possession of a valid passport for the duration of the trip. Non-European Union passport holders may be required to have passport validity for six months beyond the duration of the trip. All recipients are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to the prize package destination; All travelers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel;
6.8.14. Any necessary visas (including ESTAs) are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
6.8.15. A cash allowance up to the total value of £100 GBP will be provided for winner and guests to purchase travel insurance, proof of purchase must be provided prior to travel; winners are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance policy, and for ensuring that this includes insurance cover for the correct destination and for any applicable activities which they will be undertaking while away;
6.8.16. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, rental car, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
6.8.17. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
6.8.18. Prize is subject to availability;
6.8.19. Winner travels at own risk. Shell, the promoter, reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion or prize;
6.8.20. Where applicable, any modifications to the prize will be at the winner's own expense;
6.8.21. The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;
6.8.22. If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities, then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;
6.8.23. Nothing in this travel package authorizes any person to use the Walt Disney Company's and its affiliated companies (collectively, "Disney") name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions whatsoever and that a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of this prize package in association with Disney's name or Disney-owned intellectual property;
6.8.24. The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes;
6.8.25. The Walt Disney Company is not a so-called “sponsor,” “administrator” or “prize provider.” The Walt Disney Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, illnesses, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize travel package, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize travel package, or prize-related activity including, without limitation, travel, the promotion, the competition, the contest or the sweepstakes.
6.8.26. Entrants must be 18 or over.
6.8.27. The Winner and their guests are responsible for ensuring that they are able to meet all eligibility, travel, documentation, booking and other prize fulfilment requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter, prize provider and their associated agencies will not be liable if the Winner or any guest is unable to take up, use or complete the prize, in whole or in part, due to failure to satisfy any such requirements, including but not limited to passport, visa, ESTA, travel insurance, age, availability, travel date, health, safety, parental or guardian permission, or other travel-related requirements. In such circumstances, the prize may be forfeited and no cash alternative, refund, substitute prize or compensation will be provided, except where required by law.
7. Promoter Rights
7.1. The Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and these Terms and Conditions without advanced notice.
7.2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
7.3. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
7.4. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
7.5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants without prior notice. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification of the conditions, including but not limited to those terms set out in Clauses 1 and 3. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
7.6. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. The Promoter may collect and process the following data about Participants: name, contact number, email address, date of birth and county of residence.

9. General
9.1. It is the member’s responsibility to check their Shell GO+ Rewards account (via the Shell App) to see whether there are any Rewards available to them at that time.
9.2. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
9.3. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
9.4. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion.
9.5. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as any further terms and conditions applicable to the Prizes (e.g., Shell GO+ Rewards conditions as to the use of fuel rewards).
9.6. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
9.7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. Neither the Promoter nor its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies.
9.8. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
