Summary Terms

GB, 18+ only.

Promotion is a prize draw offering the chance to join an in person or virtual meet and greet Q&A with Scuderia Ferrari HP drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc.

For one (1) entry into the prize draw Shell Go+ Rewards Members must register their interest via the email inviting them to the event.

Shell GO+ Rewards Members must register for either the in-person event or the virtual event by selecting the tick box on the registration form.

The event is exclusive to only the most loyal Shell V-Power customers registered with a Shell GO+ Rewards account and opted into Marketing communications. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Shell GO+ Rewards account. Full joining instructions for the event will be shared to the same email.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion

1.1. The “Promoter” is Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited (as agent for Shell U.K. Limited), Shell Centre, York Road, London, SE1 7NA.

1.2. The “Promotion” is a prize draw offering the chance to join a Q&A event with Scuderia Ferrari HP drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc.

1.3. The prize draw will be open from 5^th May 2026 and will close on 13^th May 2026.

1.4. Winners will be notified before 5^th June 2026 via the email associated with their Shell GO+ Rewards account.

1.5. The Ferrari Drivers event will take place on Wednesday 1^st July 2026 in person in London and by digital platform MS Teams call.

1.6. The event is part of a ‘media day’ in the build up to the UK Grand Prix.

1.7. The Promotion is not linked to any other Shell GO+ Rewards offer.

2. Participants

2.1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Shell GO+ Rewards” is the loyalty scheme operated by Shell and a “Shell GO+ Rewards Member” is a member of Shell GO+ Rewards.

2.2. This Promotion is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over who are (at the time of entry) members of Shell GO+ Rewards. Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies and any agent of the Promoter retained in connection with the administration of, or supply of prizes for the Promotion are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

2.3. Participants must be a Shell GO+ Rewards Member prior to registering their interest in the event, have a registered Shell GO+ Rewards email address and be opted in to marketing communications to enter.

2.4. Shell GO+ Rewards members transacting with a B2B Commercial Fleet card are eligible to register if they receive the invite.

2.5. Any Shell GO+ Rewards Member who has opted out of receiving email communications for the duration of this Promotion will be automatically excluded from the Promotion.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Eligible Shell GO+ Rewards members will receive an email notifying them of the event and their opportunity to register interest to attend via the online registration form before 13^th May 2026.

3.2. The invitation to participate in the Promotion is non-transferable and for the Shell GO+ Rewards Member only.

3.3. Registrations of interest in the Promotion will only be eligible if they originate from a Shell GO+ Rewards Member using their Shell GO+ Rewards account themselves. For the avoidance of doubt, entries made in any other way will not be eligible to win a prize. No third party or bulk entries will be permitted. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated entries will be disqualified.

4. The prize

4.1. A total of 60 prizes, offering the opportunity to attend an in-person Q&A event in London with Scuderia Ferrari HP drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc on the 1^st July 2026 are available to be won in the prize draw.

4.2. A total of 100 prizes, offering the opportunity to attend a virtual online Q&A event with Scuderia Ferrari HP drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc on the 1^st July 2026 are available to be won in the prize draw.

4.3. Attendance to the event is strictly by confirmation of entry to either the in-person event or the virtual online event. There will be no possibility to join in person or online without the correct confirmation from Shell.

4.4. All winners of the in-person and virtual online event must claim their prize by responding to the email invite before 5^th June 2025.

4.5 In person winners must attend the event in London, location and time to be confirmed via email within 2 weeks of the event date. Only those confirmed as prize winners will be permitted access.

4.6. Virtual winners must join the event virtually via the link in the MS Teams invite. Time to be confirmed via email within 2 weeks of the event date. Only those confirmed as prize winners will be permitted access.

4.7. Shell has the right to refuse admittance and ask people to leave in the event of inappropriate behaviour,

4.8. Questions for the drivers must be submitted in advance to the Shell email address provided in communications.

4.9. Participants will be muted during the Teams call but may submit questions in the Teams chat.

4.10. The Promoter and Scuderia Ferrari HP reserve the right to moderate and edit the questions.

4.11. The Promoter reserves the right to remove participants from the call or terminate the call early in the event of disruption.

4.12 The Promotor is not responsible for technical challenges the winner may experience joining the online virtual event.

5. Winners

5.1. All valid registrations of interest will be entered into the Prize Draw for this event.

5.2. The draw will be conducted by an independent third party.

5.3. 160 Winners will be notified of a win by email using the email address linked to their Shell GO+ Rewards account on or before 5^th June 2026.

5.4. Virtual prize winners will receive an MS Teams meeting invite from SUKOP-Shell-Go-Plus-Rewards-event@shell.com inviting them to the virtual Q&A event with the Scuderia Ferrari Drivers.

5.5. Winners must accept the meeting invite before 5th June 2026 to accept the prize and confirm their attendance. Failure to accept the invitation before 5^th June will result in the prize being offered to the next winner.

5.6. Winners must submit their questions for the event via email before 5^th June 2026.

5.7. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

5.8. The Promoter is not responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate/ complete information which affects the Promoter’s ability to contact them.

5.9. The Promoter has no responsibility in the event a winner is not able to join the call.

6. Promoter Rights

6.1. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or the event, and these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. Attendance at the event is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

6.3. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

6.4. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

6.5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

6.6. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. The Promoter may collect and process the following data about Participants: name, contact number, email address, date of birth [BV1] [RB2] and county of residence.

7.2. The Promoter will process Personal Data in accordance with Shell privacy policy. Full details can be found at Shell.co.uk/privacy.html

8. General

8.1. It is a Shell GO+ Rewards Member’s responsibility to check the email linked to their Shell Go+ Rewards account for information if they are successful in the prize draw.

8.2. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

8.3. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

8.4. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion.

8.5. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as any further terms and conditions applicable to the Prizes.

8.6. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

8.7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. Neither the Promoter nor its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies.

8.8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Promotion wish to commence court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
