MARVEL RACER COLLECTION

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions.

Summary Terms

Only customers making a transaction will be able to purchase the MARVEL toy cars. Customers who spend £10 or more on Shell V-Power can buy a MARVEL toy car for £12.99 with their transaction. 

Those who do not make a relevant transaction will not be able to purchase a car.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion

1.1. The Promoter of the MARVEL Racer Collection (the “Promotion”) is Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited (as agent for Shell U.K. Limited), Shell Centre, York Road, London, SE1 7NA.

1.2. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Shell V-Power” is Shell V-Power petrol and diesel, ‘other fuels’ refer to ‘regular’ and ‘FuelSave’ both petrol and diesel.

1.3. The Promotion will be available in England, Scotland, and Wales from 09:00 on 28/10/26 at participating Shell Co-op sites, on 05/11/2026 at all other participating service stations to 23:59 on 31/01/27 (“Promotional Period”). A list of participating Shell service stations can be found here.

1.4. The Promoter informs the users about rules for conducting the Promotion by publishing these Terms and Conditions on the Shell website.

2. Participants

2.1. This Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales, who are (at the time of entry) aged 18 years or over. 

2.2 Customers transacting with a B2B Commercial Fleet card are excluded from this promotion. 

2.3 Customers do not need to be members of the Shell GO+ Rewards loyalty scheme to participate. 

3. Condition for qualifying transactions in the Shell MARVEL promotion

3.1. During the Promotional Period qualifying transactions will result in the following prices for the products

• £12.99 with a purchase of £10 or more of Shell V-Power in a single transaction.
• £15.99 with a purchase of £10 or more of other fuels, convenience retail in a single transaction 
• £15.99 with a Shell Recharge EV transaction of £10 or more, at Shell service stations when proof of transaction (from the Shell app, any roaming app or receipt) is shown in store. 

3.2. The MARVEL Toy Cars are only available for sale at selected Shell service stations and not for sale through any other official retailer. 

3.3. The following products are excluded from the promotion: Tobacco; Baby milk and formula; Lottery products, Gift Vouchers & Cards; Jet Washes operated by coin machines; Phone cards; Ad Blue products; Vacuum, Air & Water, and Pharmacy

3.4 Payment for Fuel purchases must be made in store and Pay at Pump purchases are not eligible. 

3.5 Pay at Pump transactions are not eligible for this promotion the discount only applies to a single transaction which must be paid for in store.

4. Promoter Rights

4.1. The Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and these Terms and Conditions.

4.2. The Promoter and its agencies and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion or using the toy car, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

4.3. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

4.4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility to purchase these items. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, and a sale may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any transaction that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion.

4.5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time.

5. General

5.1. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

5.2. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

5.3. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion.

5.4. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as any further terms and conditions applicable to the product.

5.5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to selling these products. Neither the Promoter nor its agencies and associated companies will be responsible for lack of availability of stock which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies or associated companies.

5.6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
