Q. What is the Shell GO+ Rewards £5.50 Shell Meal Deal promotion?
A. From 23 July 2026, Shell GO+ Rewards members can save 50p on each Shell meal deal purchased at participating Shell service stations. The regular Shell meal deal price is £6, and Shell GO+ Rewards members pay £5.50.
Q. When is the promotion?
A. Promotional period starts from 00:01 23rd July 2026. We may, from time to time, cancel, withdraw, or vary the promotion.
Q. Which sites are participating in the promotion?
A. A list of participating Shell service stations can be found here.
Q. What products are eligible in the promotion?
A. You need to purchase one main, one snack and one drink in the same transaction to qualify for a Shell meal deal purchase.

Q. How many times can someone take advantage of the promotion?
A. There is no restriction on how many times someone can use the promotion as long as it is during the promotional window.
Q. How does someone qualify to take part in the promotion?
A. To qualify for the promotion, members need to be a registered Shell UK GO+ Rewards member and swipe their app, card or key fob when purchasing Shell meal deals at a participating service station during the promotional window.
Q. I’m not a GO+ Rewards member, but I’d like to take part in the £5.5 Shell meal deal promotions. How do I join?
A. Please scan any of the GO+ Rewards QR Codes on our store materials today and download the Shell App and register.
Q. I have a business fuel card, do I qualify for the discount when purchasing with my business fuel card?
A. Unfortunately, transactions using business fuel card do not qualify for this offer. However, business customers can still enjoy the offer if using their personal method of payment.
Q. Can I include a free product as part of the Shell meal deal offer?
A. No, a free-item reward cannot be used as part of a Shell meal deal or combined with any other promotion or offer relating to that free item. If a Shell GO+ Rewards member wishes to redeem a free-item reward, the free item must be redeemed in a separate transaction and cannot count as the main, snack, or drink within a Shell meal deal.

Unfortunately, due to system limitations, we’re unable to link, merge, or combine two Shell Go+ accounts. Additionally, we cannot transfer points or rewards between accounts.

Please note:
• Roaming and on-street chargers are not eligible for points.
• Points will appear in your balance on the Shell App home screen.
• You can earn points on up to 5 charging sessions per day and 45 per month.
• Points are valid for 2 years from the date they appear in your account.
