Commercial Offer
One commercial price across the board no matter where you fill up. And no fees; only pay for the fuel you use.
Dedicated Account Management
Our team of dedicated Account Managers are here to ensure our Shell card best meets your needs. With their industry knowledge and insight into Shell’s own and partner services, they will closely collaborate with you, keeping your fleet operations efficient and effectively managed, utilising data and services, to help reduce your fleet costs.
Network Coverage and Road Services
With access to a network of over 3,800 Shell and third-party service stations (including Esso, Texaco, Morrisons, Gulf, Gleaners and Circle K) in the UK, and the biggest pumped AdBlue network in the UK, you should never be far from a site where you can fill up. Our wide network coverage means your fleet drivers can fuel at their convenience, helping them to stay on time and on track, and to save on fuel usage.
Our fuel card is also a smart solution for cashless payments for road services such as road tolls (M6), VAT Recovery, Excise Duty and more, making your nationwide and international journeys easy and convenient.
Data and HMRC Compliance
Reduce the time you spend on administration. Our Shell Fleet Hub system allows you to manage your cards (ordering and blocking), set bespoke card controls, view data on transactions and gain sight of everything on one compliant invoice. With our telematics partners, we can provide you with HMRC compliant mileage capture data. This combination allows you to see how and where your fleets are moving, and where you can save money. Regular reviews with our Account Managers can also provide you with bespoke management information (MI), giving you more control and insight into your fleet operations.
Fraud Detection and Card Control
Fraud can be a big issue for fleets and we have dedicated Fraud Prevention teams working on new solutions to mitigate this risk. We can detect fraud in real-time, ensuring you’re alerted to suspicious activity 24/7 and providing you with security and peace of mind. You are also able to manage card transactions and fleet spend by setting limits and controls on what products can be purchased, how much can be spent and when, all within Shell Fleet Hub.
Emissions Management
Our current and future mobility services are designed to help you reduce your fleet’s carbon footprint. With Gas-to-Liquids (GTL) fuel, Hydrogen, telematics, and new services under development, we’re here to support you to meet new city, country and continent-wide regulations.
Shell Telematics
Telematics technology can give you incredible insights into how your fleet operates and can help you bring down your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). But managing all of your data can be a huge job. We can help you take on that challenge with a solution that makes managing your data more streamlined, more intuitive and less time consuming.
