Supported by Vivo Energy, Shell’s licensee, Ambatovy Minerals S.A. achieved a 24% reduction in maintenance costs and generated annual savings of more than $315,000 by adopting Shell Rimula R4 X 15W-40, safely extending oil drain intervals across its Caterpillar fleet and reducing lubricant consumption in demanding mining conditions.

Working with Shell Macro Distributor LLC WESTBRAMA, Ukrainian limestone producer VOLYN-CEMENT reduced maintenance costs by 37% by adopting Shell Rimula R6 M 10W-40, safely extending oil drain intervals to 500 hours while maintaining strong engine performance and reliability in demanding mining operations.
