£2.50 Fuel Reward Terms and Conditions

GB, 18+ only. £2.50 off any Shell fuel when a Shell GO+ Rewards member scans their Shell App, card or key fob when they pay. Offer must be toggled on before payment. Shell GO+ Rewards member will need to pay any remaining balance.

  1. The Promotion
    1.1. The Promoter is Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited (as agent for Shell U.K. Limited), Shell Centre, York Road, London, SE1 7NA.
    1.2. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Shell GO+ Rewards” is the loyalty scheme operated by Shell and a “Shell GO+ Rewards Member” is a member of Shell GO+ Rewards and “fuel reward” means Shell V-Power petrol or diesel only.
    1.3. The reward will run at participating Shell service stations in England, Scotland, and Wales from the date the reward is allocated to the members account (“Promotional Period”).
  2. Participants
    2.1. This reward is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over who have a Shell GO+ Rewards account and have received a £2.50 fuel reward into their digital account via the Shell App or online.
    2.2. To redeem this reward B2B Commercial Fleet card members must use a personal method of payment where the Shell App, card or key fob is scanned and the reward toggled on as part of a fuel transaction. This offer can not be used when paying with a B2B Commercial Fleet card.

     

  3. How to redeem reward
    3.1. The Shell GO+ Rewards member will receive 1 x £2.50 fuel reward into their Shell GO+ Rewards account.
    3.2. The £2.50 fuel reward will have 30 days validity starting on the date of issue.
    3.3. To use a £2.50 fuel reward, go to the Rewards section of the Shell App and click redeem now, then activate it by clicking the toggle on button.
    3.4. Members can only use one fuel reward per transaction. Members must scan their Shell App, card or key fob when they pay to redeem this reward.
    3.5. Only the chosen fuel reward should be activated in the Shell App or online. If any other money-off fuel rewards are active alongside this fuel reward, the reward that expires first is likely to be automatically redeemed at the point of transaction.
    3.6. If using Pay at Pump, once the reward is activated it will automatically be deducted from the member’s balance.
    3.7. A £2.50 fuel reward may only be used on a single fuel purchase of £2.50 or more. Members will need to pay any remaining balance.
    3.8. Shell offers are the property of Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited (as agent for Shell U.K. Limited) ("Shell"), have no cash redemption value, are not for resale or publication and are valid at participating Shell Service Stations within GB only, while stock lasts. This offer can only be used by the person to whom it was issued.
    3.9. Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.

  5. Participating service stations

  6. Promoter Rights
    6.1. The Promoter has no responsibility in the event a Shell GO+ Rewards member is not able to use their offer.
    6.2. The Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and these Terms and Conditions.
    6.3. Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
    6.4. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
    6.5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time.
  7. Privacy Policy
    7.1. The Promoter will process Personal Data in accordance with Shell privacy policy. Full details can be found at Shell.co.uk/privacy.html
  8. General
    8.1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
    8.2. It is a member’s responsibility to check their Shell GO+ Rewards account (via the App or the Website) to see whether there are any Rewards available to them at that time.
    8.3. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
    8.4. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
