Yes. Please visit https://receipts.shellrecharge.com/ to download a copy of your receipt. You will need the date of your charging session and the last four digits of your card or IBAN.

How can I delete my account from the Shell App?
To delete your account, open the Shell App, go to the ‘More’ tab, and select ‘View and Edit Profile’. From there, tap ‘Delete Account’ and follow the prompts.
Please note: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. You’ll need to register again as a new user if you wish to return.
