I am unable to see my invoices
Invoices are usually generated instantly and can be accessed in two places:
• In the Shell App under ‘More’ > ‘Transactions’
• In your email inbox linked to your Shell GO+ Rewards account

Where can I view my EV charge transactions and invoices?
To view your EV charging transactions and invoices:
1. Open the Shell App
2. Go to the ‘More’ menu
3. Tap ‘Transactions’
Here, you’ll find a full history of your EV charging sessions, along with any related invoices.

- Log in to your account. Go to account.shellrecharge.com.
- In the menu, go to charge points. Click on 'Settings' at the corresponding charge point. Is no charge point visible yet? Then activate your charge point first.
- In step 5 'Load card access', link your charge card to the charge point. Note: Only add your lease charge card and no other charge cards you may have.
- Activate the reimbursement for electricity costs in. If your employer reimburses charging costs, next to your lease charge card, turn on the 'Reimburse electricity costs' slider.
- Enter your electricity rate. Get the electricity rate from your energy supplier and enter it. If you use day and night power, take the average of these amounts.
- Provide your account number. Enter the account number where the charge fee should be deposited. Select your account number or choose New bank account, enter your details and click save and continue.
- Confirm the settings. Review and confirm the settings and click on confirm & save to save the settings. Do you still want to change settings later? Then go to Charging stations in the menu and click Settings at the relevant charging point.

If you no longer wish to be billed, you can block your charge card on your online account and the app. Currently, it is not possible to delete payment methods.
To block your charge card in the app:
Account > Charge cards > Issues with my card > Block charge card.
You will then simply be billed for the charging costs of that month, after that no more billing will take place.

- Go to account.shellrecharge.com and log in with your email address and password.
- Click on Billing (indicated by a stack of coins icon) > Billing information to see all your payment accounts.
- Click on Edit on the payment account you would like to change. You can now enter a new email address for future invoices.
- Confirm the changes by clicking on Save. The new email address will be used for all upcoming invoices. If you made the changes before the 10th of the month, the changes will apply to the invoices of that month.
