A fuel card or fleet management app is a mobile application that helps small business owners manage on‑the ‑road spending such as fuel, EV charging, car washes, and other services, using Shell Cards linked to a company account. Instead of collecting paper receipts or waiting for monthly statements, fleet managers and drivers can see transactions as they happen, control how cards are used, and download VAT‑compliant invoices from a phone.

Applying for Shell Fleet App is straightforward. The application should be completed by a company director to ensure proper authorisation.

Steps to apply:

1. Download Shell Fleet App from the App Store

or Google Play. 

2. Register your business within the app and order your Shell Cards.

3. Have a valid photo ID ready (passport or driving licence) to complete our identity verification.

Once approved, you can use your Shell Fleet App and Shell Cards to pay for all types of fuel, as well as lubricants, motor accessories, and car washing services at participating locations.

You can pay for all types of fuel, lubricants, motor accessories, and car washing services.

How much does a Shell Fleet App account cost?

There are no account setup and card fees. Simply download the app and start managing your fleet for free. Benefits include:
