Charge point troubleshooting
Indication | Troubleshooting |
---|---|
There is no light on the charge point when the charge cable is plugged in | Power is not connected, or the charge point could be broken. Contact our customer service team. |
Led light is constantly green at the start of charge session | This means the charge point is in a charge session, but there is a ‘random delay’. This is normal, all new units will defer charging sessions by up to ten minutes from the point of plug-in. |
Led light is constantly yellow for more than 10 minutes | The charge point may be faulty. Contact our customer service team. |
Flashing red | Unplug and re-plug the cable or check the compatibility with your charge card. If the issue remains, contact our customer service team. |
Flashing green, blue, red, yellow | The charge point is rebooting or doing a firmware upgrade. Wait approximately 10 minutes for the charge point to finish rebooting. Do not interrupt the rebooting sequence by turning off the power. |
