This portal is designed to empower customers to gain accessible insight into their energy consumption and enable them to make insight driven energy decisions. It is designed to be easy to use and customers can decide on the time period, with up to 12 months historic data available by default, and the granularity of the data. This can be up to half-hour intervals. It is also possible to extract the data via a download and use your preferred data analytics tool to crunch the numbers.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe key features include:\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cp\u003EAvailable to all smart and advanced meter customers the portal enables customers (or their representatives) to view, download, and track their energy consumption for free from any location 24/7.
