They say it ‘takes a village’ to raise a child, and coming back from maternity leave the 2nd time has shown just how important my ‘work village’ has been for me.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EI have an incredibly supportive manager, who was not only there for me throughout my maternity leave with help when I needed it, but has welcomed me back with open arms and the flexibility I need to settle back in. Work friends and colleagues who have checked in, met for lunch, offered support and shared just the right amount of work goss to keep me going.
