1 Who is the controller of your data?
The promoter of the Shell MasterCard Promotion (the “Promotion”) - Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited (as agent for Shell U.K. Limited) of the Shell Centre, London SE1 7NA, is the controller for the processing of your personal data.

We may also process information on your participation in the promotion, such as scores, submissions or prizes/benefits won.

If you contact us with a question or a complaint regarding the Promotion, we may ask you for contact information to identify yourself and to help us respond to your enquiry related to the Promotion. We use any personal data supplied to improve our customer support services. We may also use personal data supplied as part of a transaction to improve customer service or respond to an enquiry related to a transaction.

When you visit or use the Promotion Website, we process some technical information about you (such as your IP address), to provide you the functionalities of our online services and to manage them. With this technical information we are able to manage the Website, for example to resolve technical failures or to improve their reliability.

If you are a member of Shell Drivers Club we will retain your data as long as you remain a member of the Shell Drivers Club. If you are not a member of Shell Drivers Club but you have consented to be contacted with offers regarding Shell products and services, we shall keep your contact details to be able to contact you with such offers.
