HR Analyst

As an HR Analyst the successful candidate will work within a diverse team, involved in numerous activities.

The Role:

As an HR Analyst the successful candidate will work within a diverse team, involved in numerous activities including organisational support and change management, people development - teams and individuals, promoting diversity and inclusiveness, plus developing people through learning and development.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide local HR advice and support in line with the broader HR policies and framework.
  • Providing support, advice and expertise on country terms and conditions, policies and procedures, employment legislation, staff engagement/consultation, data integrity, recruitment and selection, remuneration and reward.
  • Providing guidance and support in performance management and development of staff.
  • Ensuring local activities are closely coordinated and in agreement with the HR leadership team.
  • Deliver generalist HR support and advice/policy guidance to managers and employees within client area, including discipline, grievance, poor performance, absence management.
  • Communicate and implement HR processes and programmes (i.e. ranking and appraisals, merit, performance shares) within client area. Also, implementation of Learning and competence initiatives within the Business line, and Diversity and Inclusiveness programme.
  • Support business change and the management of organisational implications, including reorganisations, redundancy mandates, portfolio management (e.g. divestments, acquisitions).
  • Support the HRAM on engaging employees and managers on staff consultation/ communication issues.
  • Resourcing of vacancies, both internal and external, in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Required qualification/skills

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across a wide network, both geographically and functionally.
  • Ability to balance a number of ongoing priorities covering a diverse population over multiple locations.
  • Relevant professional HR experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a key requirement for the role.
  • Experience in coaching employees and line managers is desirable.
  • Proven delivery track record.
